Description
The 2.5kg Marine cylinder is intended for use on boats and for camping. The dimensions of the container are identical to those of Campingaz (diameter 202 mm, height 249 mm). The classic orange 2kg and 3kg camping cylinders are too wide for most gas tank boxes. Unlike the cylinder currently on the market, the 2.5 kg cylinder is galvanized (zinc metallization) and polyester powder coated. The container has the same valve as the alu-mate or Campingaz container, ie M16x1.5mm, the so-called “French” thread. Of course, the container is not as corrosion-resistant as aluminum, but it has the best corrosion protection among cylinders and is intended for those with a small shallower pocket.
